Mayor G.

Recently, former Mayor and presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani was speaking at an NRA convention when he got a rather unexpected phone call from hid peeps in da crib.

Sociologists concur however that such phone calls are generally staged for "creds" when one is lacking emotional comfort and security...

That's so funny. Seriously, you know that was staged and it BOMBED on him. Dead silence.

Giuliani's a good guy, but I just had to. ;)

You also managed to catch him misquoting the 2nd amendment... which says nothing about the people shall be secure... wow! You would think Rudy would brush up on the 2nd before speaking to the NRA.

Yeah, but he's a pretty good lawyer; he chose that language for a reason. Given his position on gun rights in the past, it probably is to allow a back exit. He can then say, well, the object is to provide security, but, turns out, all these guns aren't such a secure thing. Better to have the feds guarding all the hen houses. ;) He's a good guy, but he should stick to his errant principle rather than pretending to be pro gun. And certainly taking a phone call while speaking to the folks in the NRA doesn’t proffer anything but insult to injury. :)

Martin,
I will offer this one comment. It is my understanding New York has the same gun laws that Nazi Germany instituted when they disarmed the population....Nice huh!!!OH No....Don't let the citizens bear arms!!!!They might hurt themselves or someone else.....Responsibility out the window along with the Second Amendment......
